Accident Free working hours
Our goal is to put the Man at the center of the company. We put the utmost attention to welfare, in 2017 and 2018 we obtained the award of Welfare Champion ranking 1st in the Artigianato category at the Welfare Index PMI, event, while still in 2018 we won the "Responsible Innovators –Emilia Romagna Region" award category Companies up to 250 employees. Among the various proposals introduced in the company we remember the Safety Award for maintaining the zero accidents goal in the company since our foundation, the Continuous training within our classroom and our research laboratory,
the Baby Bonus, the Family Bonus, the weekly Physiotherapy sessions in the study specifically created within the company, the provision of a car and flexible hours in case of need, and the disposition of a large Relax Room where our employees can spend their lunch break.
